He is a member of Croatian Bar Association since 1994.
He is a founder and a partner of the Law firm since 1996.
Božidar speaks English and German languages fluently, and understands French and Italian.

He is an official mediator of Mediation Center at Croatian Bar Association and a member of Croatian Mediation Association.
